COMBIFIX is the classic product for all dampening systems with cloth sleeves, be it on small or larger presses. It protects the sleeves from staining, extending their lifetime and performance.

MGA SUBSTIFIX

MGA SUBSTIFIX is designed for low-odour and low-migration packaging printing and reducing or eliminating alcohol addition to the fountain solution.

PERFECT-DRY-FIX

  • Formation of a thin, even and stable film of fountain solution due to the specific reduction of surface tension.

  • Special buffer system prevent ink roller stripping caused by deposit of insoluble salts.
Despite the good buffer effect, the use of different varieties of Perfect-Dry-FIX is recommended when water qualities with different hydrogen carbonate content are used. In case of doubt as to which product should be used, we are offering the service of a free water analysis. When using Perfect-Dry-FIX, dampening rollers designed for alcohol free printing should be used. Please ask your roller manufacturer.

REDUFIX-AF

With REDUFIX-AF you are able to eliminate VOC in the fountain solution while receiving even better print quality compared to printing with alcohol. Sharper dots come along with top performance, adding savings on top.

SALINOFIX

Purified water is very aggressive just due to its appetite for ions. By offering just the helpful metal salts in an effective but non disturbing quantity, the print performance of the fountain solution is brought to its maximum level. Runability is also improved in many respects, e.g. prolonged plate lifespan, reduced piling tendency, less prone to misting, fewer deposits on cylinder surfaces and other benefits which have been monitored in practice.

SUBSTIFIX

SUBSTIFIX is a dampening additive designed for printing without alcohol on presses with continuous-feed dampening units. It can also be employed when printing on low alcohol dosage.
